Board Chairman
Mr. Joichi Ito is the President of the Chiba Institute of Technology and Co-founder of Digital Garage and the Neurodiversity School in Tokyo. He has PhD from the Keio University Graduate School of Media and Governance.
Leki Wangmo
Board Member
Ms. Leki Wangmo is the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, and she has an MBA with a Major in Finance from Australia National University, Australia.
Jigme Tenzing
Board Member
Mr. Jigme Tenzing is the Secretary of the Government Technology Agency. He has a M.Sc. in Information and Computer Science from the University of Oregon.
Dasho Chhewang Rinzin
Board Member
Dasho Chhewang Rinzin is the Managing Director of Druk Green Power Corporation Limited. He has a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and a Master in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, USA.
Ujjwal Deep Dahal

Mr. Ujjwal Deep Dahal is the Chief Executive Officer of the DHI. He received an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and Technology Policy Management from MIT.
Louis J. Kang
Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Dr. Louis J. Kang is a serial entrepreneur and investor in emerging technologies, across biotech, climate tech, and advanced computing. Louis received his PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard and BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, and Materials Science and Engineering from UC Berkeley.
